The fully automatic Induction cap sealing machine has been developed especially with a view to meet exact needs of packaging industries. Our online model featured wide output power range, high efficiency and microprocessor controls. This equipment can seal cap sizes of 25 mm to 60 mm.
OPERATION :
The conveyor belt brings the bottle from the capping machine conveyor. These bottles are fed below the sealing head of the machine, meanwhile the heating device heats the foil inside the cap which later on gets sealed to the mouth of the bottle.
