Filling Machine ;-

The automatic PLC based electronic liquid filling machine is compact and highly efficient machine with elegant look. This multi-function multi featured machine meets the custom requirements of filling for glass, plastic and aluminum bottles. The machine has its own pumping system to connect the machine with main tank. The flow of liquid is measured and converted in to electronic signals being controlled by microcomputer base circuitry. Minimum adjustment required to set different capacities from 50 ML to 1000 ML with varying bottles/containers. The entire range can be set on the same machine without any change parts. PLC controlled latest technology with variable recipe data 7 inch display.

 

Capping Machine :-

Automatic Screw Cap Sealing machine is versatile, self-supported on stainless steel leg with height adjustable adjustment system. The machine is precision built on sturdy welded MS frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet and doors are providing to facilitate the servicing of machine. Machine is equipped with four head each for sealing vial cap.

Labeling Machine :-

The Automatic Self Adhesive Round Bottle Labeling Machine is one of the most users friendly. The machine is used for partial wrap around labeling on round surface of different size of round container respectively. 

Filling Machine

Operation

Containers are loaded in turn table manually or received from previous machine through conveyor. Containers will rotate on disk of turn table and exit through outlet. During rotations, containers will be guided by an SS strip towards outlet path.

Capping Machine

Operation

Containers moving on SS Slat conveyor, feed below the filling nozzles through a settable twin pneumatically operated stopper system. The twin pneumatically operated stopper system and reciprocating nozzles can precisely match for centering of container below nozzles, to avoid spillage of liquid on container. To minimize foaming adjustable nozzle will reciprocate according to filling dose. The filling pumps are synchronized with conveyor drive and are controlled by AC frequency drive.

Labeling Machine

Operation

The feed container moving on conveyor belt are fed into an in feed star wheel, bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, meanwhile the manpower places the cap manually on the tin, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the sealing head, where it is performing perfect operation of sealing.
